The moon is such a fabulous mystery to me. It's so strange how much of it can be seen yet how far away it is. Not to mention the optical tricks it plays on us. Right now I can see a little bit more than half of it. It's kind of low on the horizon and looks a bit yellow. I feel very at peace staring at it.
Goodnight FOR REAL this time. xo

The Now
Hello, old familiarity. It's been some time hasn't it? I read over you with a dear friend and a regrettably empty wine glass. It's funny how I created you to pass time, but it ended up becoming a true reflection of the times at hand. I thought I might give it another go.
I've just spent a lovely afternoon/evening with my best friend. Every once in a while I get an overwhelming wave of appreciation for that little lady. Honestly I didn't want our time together to end, but what could be a flu and an early morning ahead of me are nagging me to crawl into bed. At least that bed will have a pair of welcoming arms waiting for me in it. I am driving, listening to Arcade Fire, typing, and enjoying the night time streets.
We'll be in touch. Goodnight. xo
